Armin Gray, JD, LLM

  Armin received his JD and LLM from NYU School of Law where he concentrated on business law and taxation. Prior to forming GT5 Tax LLC, Armin was an attorney at several large law firms, including Morrison and Foerster LLP and Thacher Proffitt and Wood LLP, where he focused on Capital Markets, Financial Products, REITs, RICs and REMICs, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Reorganizations, International Taxation, and Corporate and Partnership Taxation.  More recently he has focused on Tax Controversy, IRS Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Programs, FATCA and International Taxation.   Armin is an adjunct professor at New York Law School where he teaches a course on the taxation of intangible property. He is a frequent presenter and writer on various corporate and tax topics. You can find many of these publications in our publications section.   

Benjamin Tolub, JD, LLM

  With French experience at some Notaires in Paris and more than 15 years of experience gained with large international firms in Luxembourg and New York, Ben has advised many clients on legal and tax aspects of cross-border transactions, including individuals, hedge funds, private equity firms, and multi-nationals in US inbound and outbound transactions. Among others areas, he has extensive experience in U.S. real estate inbound transactions both from a tax and non-tax perspective.  Ben focuses on International Taxation, Real Estate, Trust and Estates, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate and Partnership Taxation, Tax Controversy, IRS Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Programs, and FATCA.  Benjamin is French, has been working in New York since 2005, and studied law both in Paris (DJCE and Diplôme Supérieur de Notariat de Paris) and New York where he graduated from the Tax LLM of NYU School of Law. He is admitted to the New York Bar.  

Monica A. Ranniger, CPA, M.B.A

  Monica possesses over 25 years of experience in providing tax and consulting services in the pharmaceutical, financial services, international, real estate and media industries. She has extensive experience with investment partnerships, foreign and a variety of other business transactions.   Monica received her BA in Political Science and Psychology from Columbia University and her MBA in Taxation and Finance from New York University. She is currently affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is on the International and Partnership Committee for the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. A fluent German speaker, she is also a member of the American Council on Germany.  

Howard Kirschner, CPA, M.B.A

  Howard has more than 35 years of tax research, planning and compliance experience in domestic and international taxes. He has extensive experience in private equity accounting, tax administration, and federal and state compliance services for partnerships, corporations, individuals, fiduciary clients.   Howard received his B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the City University of New York, Queens College and his M.B.A. in Taxation from St. John's University. He is currently affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the New York and New Jersey State Societies of Certified Public Accountants and is licensed to practice in New York State and New Jersey. 

Marcel Wendland

  Marcel possesses over five years of experience in providing tax and consulting services in the financial and real estate industry. He has provided a wide variety of tax and accounting services for partnerships, individual, fiduciary clients and partnerships.  Marcel received his BA in Business Management and Administration in 2011 from Flagler College and is currently enrolled at Hofstra University's Zarb School of Business, where he is expected to graduate Summa Cum Laude in May 2017 with his MBA in International Strategic Business Development. He is currently affiliated with the American Associates of Notaries and listed as QuickBooks Online Advisor by Intuit. Marcel is also fluent in German.

Henrietta Di Domenico, M.B.A

  Henrietta possesses over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. She has extensive experience with investment partnerships, and foreign and a variety of other business transactions.  Henrietta received her BA in Economics from the University of the Philippines in 1976, and her MBA in 1983 from the New York University Stern School of Business.  

Elliot Gajadhar, M.B.A

  Elliot is a member of our tax and compliance team. He concentrated his studies on public accounting and graduated magna cum laude. He has passed all four parts of the CPA exam in 2015.   Prior to his employment, Elliot managed various residential-rental properties.

Nechama Kozlowski, CPA

 Nechama provides income tax preparation and consulting for individuals, foreign nationals residing in the US, US citizens residing overseas, partnerships and corporations. Provides expert advice for IRS and state tax audits and IRS and state tax notices.
